A society in which people with a history of flight and migration can arrive in Germany well and comprehensively - linguistically, socially and politically.
Our goal is to give people with a refugee and migration history an ideal introduction to life in Germany.
We want to support you in all important steps of integration in Germany - from applying for asylum to registering in a sports club.
Our vision
ArrivalAid is a non-profit organization with core competencies in the areas of flight, asylum, integration and access to the labor market. Our various support offers in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Cologne and Düsseldorf accompany people in their various steps of arrival - from the BAMF Anhörung to coping with traumatic experiences to finding a job or successfully completing training. Our recipe for success is working with professionally trained volunteers in various volunteer programs, who are supported by our full-time employees.
We also support and advise companies and other organizations within our areas of expertise with our experience and project management.
Programs that have an impact
In this report we would like to take you back to an eventful year in 2022. A year for our organization in which a lot has solidified and a lot of new things have been developed. The focus is on the effectiveness of our work for the people to whom we are committed. Whether for people with a refugee or migrant background, whether for volunteers or full-time employees - ArrivalAid wants to offer them all programs that have an impact. And we want to measure our actions and have them measured against this effect!
