The aim of the ArrivalAid AbilityAid program is to advise people who have fled, have a disability or a chronic illness. Our target group is also supported in developing basic computer skills and language skills.
Our offer is free .
We offer consultation appointments for refugees and migrants with disabilities or chronic illnesses. We advise by telephone or in our office.

Courses

We support people with a refugee history with and without disabilities with the following offers :
- Computer courses (Word, Excel, Internet, Powerpoint)
- A1 German practice course
- A2 German practice course
- B1-B2 conversation group

You can support us as a volunteer mentor or lecturer
- Complete the registration form by clicking “Apply Now” at the bottom of this page.
- After receiving your application, we will arrange a phone call with you to get to know you better.
- We will then invite you to the appropriate introductory training course.
- Open and communicative manner in dealing with people from different cultures.
- Bring the time and motivation for a commitment of around 4 hours per month for around 1 year.
- Advanced knowledge of German.

The office is in the 2nd courtyard - rear building - ground floor and can be reached without steps.
The next tram station is called Karlstraße . The nearest subway , S-Bahn and bus station is Munich Central Station .
We work together with people with (and without) disabilities . So that you can check in advance whether you can come to our office, you will find information about directions , assistance with arrival and information about our rooms .
You can take the train (U, S, tram, bus) to Munich main station and from there walk to Dachauer Straße. Coming from the direction of the main train station, the entrance is on the left, just before the IBIS Hotel (red sign). There is also an ArrivalAid sign in the first courtyard. Then you come to the second backyard. Our office is there on the left. The bell says ArrivalAid . Our office is on the ground floor and without stairs.
