The Akademie is aimed at people with a refugee background and people who want to support them. In addition to the focus on work and residence, we offer interesting workshops on cultural and political topics and practical tips for life in Germany. The Akademie takes place at different locations.
Important information about Akademie
All seminars at the Akademie are held in German. The seminars, which are primarily aimed at refugees, are held in simple German. For the seminars, which are primarily aimed at full-time and volunteer helpers, knowledge of German at C1 level is recommended.
Some of the training courses, which are primarily aimed at helpers, are part of the BasicTraining , a cooperation between various Munich educational providers in the area of integration. With the associated module pass, participants can have their participation in training documented and then receive a certificate.
The events are also open to anyone interested, regardless of basic training. *

Fear & panic – what’s behind it?

In full-time or voluntary work in the area of refugee and integration, we often meet people who struggle with fears and panic.
This seminar is dedicated to the basics of fear and panic in order to better understand these emotions and their effects. In addition, practical applications are shown to support those affected. The focus is on low-threshold measures to reduce symptoms and self-care for affected people. The seminar offers a combination of theoretical knowledge about fear and panic and practical ways that can help improve the everyday lives of those who are confronted with fear and panic.

The asylum claim before the administrative court
