Application as a volunteer helper

We would like to know why you want to volunteer at ArrivalAid for people with refugee and migration experience. (minimum 500 characters, maximum 2000 characters)

So that we can find a suitable mentee for you, we need some information about you: where do you know particularly well? In which areas do you have experience or contacts? (minimum 300 characters, maximum 1000 characters)

The first aider maintains confidentiality about matters that are entrusted to him/her in the course of their voluntary work. This applies in particular to information about people being cared for. Without ArrivalAid 's permission, the first aider may not provide themselves or others with knowledge, copies, images or replicas of processes within the scope of their work.

All personal data of ArrivalAid volunteers provided in this form will be stored in order to enable a suitable placement with a mentee or coachee. The data from the mentoring and coaching sessions taken over are evaluated anonymously for the purpose of measuring success and acquiring funding. The evaluation is carried out electronically. Volunteers have the right to revoke their consent at any time with future effect. The stored personal data will be deleted if the volunteer has withdrawn their consent to storage in writing. As a result, volunteer work at ArrivalAid can no longer take place. In addition, personal data will be deleted if its storage is not permitted for other legal reasons.
