Important information for your inquiry

Lead time: 2 weeks

Since the placement process can take some time, we ask that inquiries be made at least two weeks in advance. Inquiries with a lead time of up to 72 hours on working days are accepted, but there is a small chance of a successful placement.

Unfortunately, we cannot always find a volunteer companion in a timely manner.

If you are unsure, you are welcome to send us a photo or a scanned image of the invitation in a separate email to beleitung(at) arrivalaid .org. Please note that we can only offer support for applications, file creation or Dublin interviews in exceptional cases.
