Anhörungsbegleitung & Klagebegleitung

We prepare refugees for Anhörung at the BAMF or in legal proceedings before an administrative court

Asylum seekers in Germany often have too little information about the progress of their asylum procedure. They often do not know what they need to pay attention to during the Anhörung at the BAMF and – in the event of a lawsuit – during the hearing before an administrative court so that their individual situation is recognized and taken into account

Anhörungsbegleitung

The ArrivalAid Anhörungsbegleitung qualifies volunteers to prepare refugees intensively and individually for the Anhörung at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). If necessary, a translator will be called in. We also support you in filling out the questionnaire with the accelerated procedure.

Klagebegleitung

At ArrivalAid Klagebegleitung to volunteers in terms of content and practical training in the most important steps after the rejection of asylum applications and the subsequent legal action process. The offer of Klagebegleitung includes an individual conversation in which the individual steps of the legal action process are explained to the asylum seeker. We will once again look at the reasons for fleeing, based on the minutes of the Anhörung and the BAMF's rejection.

Materials for independent preparation

Unfortunately, we cannot always find a volunteer companion in a timely manner, especially for short-term requests.

Here you will find important information and links for independent preparation.

Our program does not provide legal advice; rather, it is about support and assistance in the asylum procedure. If necessary, we provide legal advice through advice centers and experienced lawyers.

This is how you can support us as a volunteer companion

ArrivalAid Anhörungsbegleitung is also available in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne and Stuttgart.
