Trauma Hilfe

Low-threshold support for psychological stress

Contents of trauma help

Non-therapeutic support for trauma and stress management. Psychoeducation and exercises that can provide relief in acute stressful situations.
Requirement : Participation in a 2-day training course
to become a trauma helper

Duration : Number of assignments flexible depending on time capacity

Time required : an assignment consists of three meetings, each meeting approx. 1 hour, also possible in the evenings and on weekends

1:1 mentoring

Personal support during integration

Contents of the 1:1 mentoring

Support with various integration-related topics, e.g. preparing for an asylum anhörung , practicing German, support during training, appointments with authorities, looking for accommodation.

Duration of mentoring : approx. 3 months

Time required : approx. 1-2 hours per week, flexible in terms of time, including evenings and weekends possible

Language mediation

Support through translation

Language mediation

Translating at appointments, e.g. doctor's visits or appointments with authorities
Language skills in English, French, Arabic, Ukrainian or other languages
possible in person or online

Duration : Number of assignments flexible depending on time capacity
