We support refugees in integrating into the German labor market

The main aim of the ArrivalAid “Jobs & Careers” program is to support people with a migration or refugee background in integrating into the German labor market. We advise regardless of educational background or residence status in Munich and the surrounding area. Our services are free for people with a migration and refugee background as well as employers.

For applicants

Are you new to Germany and would you like to work or do training here?

We support you with the following offers :

Individual discussions to analyze skills, experiences and interests
Advice on the path towards employment and/or further training
Help with preparing application documents
ArrivalAid - job mentoring with volunteer mentors
direct placement in work or training and networking with employers
Workshops on various integration topics

We only advise by appointment!

For employers

Are you an employer and looking for new employees for your team?

We support you with the following offers on the subject of labor market integration :

Advice on hiring people with a refugee or migrant background
Presentation of suitable applicants
Advice on the entire application and approval process
Help with the integration of new employees into the company through a mentor

This is how you can support us as a volunteer job mentor

Steps to volunteering

Complete the registration form by clicking “Apply Now” at the bottom of this page.
After receiving your application, we will arrange a phone call with you to get to know you better.
We will then invite you to the appropriate introductory training course.

You should bring this with you

Open and communicative manner in dealing with people from different cultures
Time and motivation for a commitment of around 4 hours per month for around 1 year
Advanced knowledge of German
