We are often more likely to find suitable volunteers if they do not have to be there in person.

Unfortunately, the likelihood of finding a suitable first aider is reduced by this selection.

Data protection declaration for clients *

If you provide ArrivalAid with personal data from clients, ArrivalAid will only use this to answer inquiries or to arrange for accompaniment by a volunteer trauma helper. The clients’ personal data remains with ArrivalAid . The data will only be passed on or otherwise transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of interpreting or if the clients have given their prior consent. There is no transmission of data to authorities. Clients have the right to revoke their consent at any time with future effect. The revocation must be sent to arrivalaid . The stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to storage, if your knowledge is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons. In the event of revocation, all data will be deleted from the ArrivalAid database as quickly as possible. In addition, ArrivalAid will ensure that everyone who has received the data from ArrivalAid deletes the data immediately. Please note that ArrivalAid will not be able to provide any further services to clients after this. We hereby confirm that the affected clients have been informed about the processing of personal data (such as last name, first name, language) and the possibility of revocation, that they have obtained consent to the processing of personal data and that we handle the data entrusted by the clients with care to deal with. In addition, we are committed not to pass on the contact details of ArrivalAid volunteers to third parties and to only contact them within the scope of the respective assignment and only to discuss details. Storing the data or making independent contact regardless of the respective case is not permitted.
