reform of citizenship law was passed in January 2024 . The law also contains other measures. In this seminar, lawyer Anna Frölich will discuss the new naturalization modalities and their effects.

QiGong, meditation, mindful yoga and stress management exercises

Saturday, 18 . January 2025, 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m

Speaker: Hanna Wolter-Henkel, QiGong teacher and alternative practitioner

It is particularly important for people who do voluntary work to always take good care of themselves.
Otherwise there is a risk of becoming overwhelmed, losing yourself or being overwhelmed by the suffering of others.
Stressful brooding, insomnia, restlessness and joylessness can be the result.

Volunteers are often in direct contact with painful experiences and do real work from the heart.
This makes self-care all the more important. On this day we want to experience gentle stretches, short breathing meditations, relaxation while lying down, body scan, QiGong, exchange and silence.

Then we feel our body again, relax a little more, recharge our batteries and can marvel at the wonders of life again.
This gives us a little more confidence and strength for volunteer work.

This event is for volunteers.
You need comfortable clothing.
